FLOW TO GLOW JULY

Once a year I make space for a Flow to Glow experience during my birthday week July 17th (also the Real Women movement’s b-day). Why? I desire the accountability to make this week extra special, so I put together many of my favorite activities —for us and for my community—for example: Real Women heART campaign, a heART exhibition, cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, and more. Because for me, there’s no separation between who is my “client” and who is my tribe. The fact that you feel called to join this experience(my Dharma) means you ARE my tribe.

TYPES OF PHOTO-SHOOTS:

1. Your "New Woman" Ritual — an individual embodiment photo-shoot to work on your highest self (body, mind and soul). (valued at $555 USD, mini version included in this experience) / Photography as healing modality (embodiment ritual)

2. Our Real Women Group Campaign — a collective shoot for empowerment & art-ivism / Photography as a tool for impact and activism (art-ivism)

3. Our Saladita heART Walk — a mindfulness and playful walk, when our camera becomes our anchor to our present moment and/or  our key to connection to the community / Photography as a key to connection (photo-journalism)

4. Final Intuitive Creation — a spontaneous shoot guided by group energy & desire (eg - mini real women, surf, skate, and so).

TYPES OF WORKSHOPS:

My deepest intention is to support you in listening to your heart, cultivating healthier habits, and creating new neural pathways that remind you there is a more aligned way to live—using photoshoots as the medium. Yes, we can briefly touch on gear and techniques—but the true focus of our heART experience is emotional intelligence, impact-driven storytelling, and Dharmic creation. This is why I've intentionally curated this 3 signature workshops:

1. 🌀"New Woman" + Dream Life (Body & Mind) — Shift your relationship with your identity, confidence, while visualizing and emotionally manifesting your dream lifestyle across 8 life areas.

2. 🔥 Dharma / Ikigai (Soul) — Map your individual gifts and passions, and create the life you adore with them.

3. 📷 🫀 heART creation — I'll share with you all my current wisdom on how I Angie CREATE ART from the soul. 

4. ​💻 Post-editing — I’ll teach you my simple creation flow, from editing in Lightroom to channeling storytelling in Canva and sharing on my digital platforms. ​​

WHAT MORE YOU CAN EXPECT:

• SURF every morning (not coordinated by me). If you’re new to surfing, you’ll need to book at least one lesson with a local school (approx. $1,000 MXN per session). You’re welcome to join or rest—it’s completely optional.
• Spacious time to explore, rest, or adventure as you feel called.

2+ hours of indoor workshops. (Location TBC)

✨ Midday | 1:11 pm
2–3 hours of free chill time to charge batteries, integrate, beach, food, rest, journaling, nervous-system regulation, or a little siesta-fiesta.

✨ Golden hour - sunset | 4:44 pm
2+ hours of our photo shoot rituals. The ocean, golden light, and landscape become our playgrounds
