Flow to Glow is a condensed, high-impact 2-day bootcamp designed to support women in reconnecting with their creativity, clarity, and direction — using photography, embodiment, and dharma work as tools for empowerment, healing, and aligned action.

This experience weaves together art, strategy, presence, and sisterhood. You don’t need to be a photographer — photography here is a medium, not the goal.​

Day 1 — heART Creation + Embodiment

heART (ART) Creation & Strategy Workshop
Tomorrow morning
A 2-hour workshop focused on:

• photography as an art of presence and storytelling

• creating from the heart, not the algorithm

• clarity around your creative voice and direction

• strategy to grow and sustain a creative or soul-led project

This is about ART as heART — creation rooted in truth, not performance.

 

Embodiment Photo Shoot (Gifted)

Sunset — January 31st
A guided embodiment photo experience where you are invited to be seen, felt, and captured in your essence.
This photo shoot is gifted as part of the experience — not posed, not forced, but embodied and intuitive.

 

 

Day 2 — Dharma, Clarity & Collective Witnessing

Morning — café setting
A grounding and expansive session to support you in:

• finding clarity around your dharma / ikigai

• understanding how your gifts want to be expressed

• identifying aligned next steps for your creative or soul-led work

• manifesting direction through intentional action

This workshop is especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure where to place your energy.

 

Real Women Group Photo Shoot & Mini Gathering
Sunset — February 1st
We close the core bootcamp with a Real Women group photo shoot and intimate ceremony, honoring the journey, the sisterhood, and what has been activated within you.

What we can say for now:
This will be a space rooted in women’s medicine, where we come together to share, offer, and celebrate our gifts — a small fest created by and for women.

This gathering will be open, not limited to bootcamp participants.
